i am not able to see the download option / utton in the window of nse data downloader in any of the settings. and kindly also tell me how to use data for metastock 11.

good software to download bse nse data but it has many problems like it is slow, one cannot pause the download and is display window does not working properly.It hangs many times but still data is updated in the file,so one cannot know whether it has stopped or working. would like a better smooth running application,but i could not find any application which can download data of bse and nse like this. would rate it 5 out of 10 because of application problems.
